Man of the match

Things didn't look good when Dub only had nine men prior to kick off.  Team manager Cormac Kernan was relieved when he thought he saw another two players arriving but it transpired that it was only one player and the other was a lamp post that Chris Hodgkinson had wrapped his car around - causing £1000 worth of damage.  Rumour has it that he was trying to avoid a £3 fine.  Obviously the club was having none of it and fined him anyway.  This was clearly not a good enough excuse and Hodgkinson has been warned about his punctuality.

As for the game an easy win despite being a man down.  Goals came from Mr lamp post, McCann, Doherty (Phil of course) and young Ryan Mercer.  Who scored the fifth and who got the assists - don't know.

Man of the Match; Hodgkinson for scoring despite his RTA.  Thankfully his shooting is better than his steering!

Referee; Ron Parkinson - I think
